Public Apologize....

Tonight i got a notecard from someone letting me know that one of my products was a copy of an RL product and that she already contacted the creator and let her know about this and well treated me with a DMCA, if i did not take them down.

A year ago, more or less,  I  got a request from a resident in SL asking me to create the said item, at first i refused to do it, since i dont do costum work, but when i got the picture of the item, i thought it was someone wearing make up that simulated a wound and it seemed easy to make so i accepted. As i already said, i thought it was some gore make up, but i was wrong, it is actually something you can buy as i got informed.

If you know me, i think i have had an impecable behavior during my SL. If you happened to follow what i have been creating in SL through out 8 years that i have been part of it, you can see that all what i offer are original items. I make them, i get inspiration like everybody else from several sources but most of the time i create what it comes to my mind.

For me what i earn in SL is my RL income, my full time job, so you can guess how i was when i read the notecard.  I told this person how i had created them, she did not believe me, i tried to be nice nonetheless. I took the items down, they are no longer in my inworld store or my MP, i deleted the textures and well i sincerely apologize for this to all the affected parties. I will go down through my transaction history and i will return the money to whoever bought this item,  it has never been my intention to earn money in this way.

PD: Im not mentioning the item name, nor the person that wrote the notecard or the other creator as i dont want to create drama with this.

Facebook account....a little rant

So i got my facebook account a month and something more, againts all i felt about getting one....i dont really use facebook that much, cus there is a lot of drama there, but i got it after chatting with some friends and they convinced me that it would be good as a way to promote my store and my creations.  But apparently someone didn't want me to be there so it got reported as a not real person account or whatever, i tried to verify it using my cell phone but it didn't work. So that account now is lost, gone, caput, finito...i dunno anyone that would be so angry or disturbed with me to report my account and make me loose it. But well...i have a new one, i'll start adding people again, the other one is not longer in use, thanks to that person, i have to start all over again.

Sorry if its confusing and not long ago i added you. If you happen to find my new account on facebook and you want to add me and help me start again, i would much appreciate it. Gambate, fighting!! :D

Goth1c0's recap for april

First....last days of the Kawaii Fair 2013, lots of cute and kawaii items, you dont want to miss. I made a gothic lolita and a rug with tons of colors. Here the pics for this items:

Then my latest release, a rocker, punkish dress with a tutu skirt. Its an outfit formed by 2 pieces a long tank top and a mesh tutu mini skirt in 5 standard sizes (xs, s, m, l, xl)  and it comes in 8 colors.

Goth1c0 @ Kawaii Fair 2013

I made a kawaii sculpted rug that has a script to change between 10 colorful textures, is modify and transfer and excluisve for the Kawaii fair of this year.

I made another EGL in different colors, they are cute and kawaii. Little Brat uniform, super cute with lots of details, Sculpted neck with tie, flexi skirt, bloomers and sculpted sleeves. I just love them :) Exclusive item too. Dont miss it, there are many designers participating this year.

This is a cuuute tee, 3/4 sleeves, animal print in several colors and sexy neckline. Omg i love them hehe :) hope you too. They come with tango applier plus solid and sheer versions . In my store they are at 100L but in Feeb's Rascal Sales Room they are at 69L.

You can get now at my store the Criminal dress and the no scapping tatas tees :) They were special creations for the whore fair. Btw, we are done with the moving xD! yay!! bad thing is i still need to change the LMs in my products.

Goth1c0 is moving out....

After living for a loooong time in the same neighborhood in SL, we are moving. Why? long story short...we got hit by a griefer, this is not the first time of course but i always counted on LL to come help me with this, since my plot of land has protected land all around and griefers seems to find always the exact spot where to rezz things so i cant return them. Before, at other times, i would ask help using support live chat and they would show up right away, now? well they dont work all night and i had to wait around 8 hours for them.  So i decided to move from there.

So...bye bye Gemmed, hi Nolan :) The store at Gemmed will still be there for another week or so, then it will be gone. If you look for the new one, please check my profile or here for the LM or the slurl.

Nocturnal Sonata V.2 @ Goth1c0

I been revamping some of the old EGL, this one is the third one. Is a collection of several dresses in many colors, they have a lot of details....socks, bloomers, top with sculpted sleeves, flexi skirt with sculpted ribbon and resize script to make the fitting easier. Comes in all layers and some pieces are mod and copy.

The last release was for guys some mesh long sleeved tees with several cool designs and they come in the 5 standard sizes. I have a demo so you can try them before buying.

The vendor for the group gift is near where the lucky chairs are, on the back of the store, near the accessories area. Some people asked me why i didn't set it nearest to the entrance, well...in order for the script to work i have to set the piece of land where it is to the group of Goth1c0, the rest of the land is deeded to my personal land group. And on that side i used to have the entrance of the store. I cant move right now that little piece of land to another place cus im capped in my land holdings. Soooo for now it will stay there, plus you get to see all of the rest of our creations while you visit, right?

8 years in SL!! :O

So a month ago i turned 8 years, yeah...somehow i lost the count and i really thought i was turning 7 not 8, so it was like a shock and like a surprise hehe. But well i been working and creating in SL since day one, what brought me into sl was a friend amazed of all you could build there. If i look back, even if we didnt have sculpts, flexi or mesh, building things was so much fun and relaxing. Never thought i would still be in SL building and having fun 8 years later.

So since building and creating is a huge part in my second life, i'm watching old pics and old creations and well....it is so different now. I want to list some of my favorites. This is just a taste of what i have done the past year, since many of my old pics got lost when my hard drive burnt. Oh the memories :)
